BUS DUCTS
A bus duct is a type of electrical power distribution system that is typically used in industrial and commercial buildings to efficiently distribute electricity from a main power source to various electrical equipment and systems. It consists of a metal enclosure that houses insulated conductors, which carry the electrical current throughout the building. Bus ducts are designed to handle large amounts of power and have the advantage of being more flexible and adaptable than traditional cable-based distribution systems.
They are also safer and more reliable, as they are durable and less prone to damage from factors such as moisture, heat, or physical wear and tear. Overall, bus ducts are an essential component in modern electrical systems, providing a cost-effective and efficient way to distribute power.
EAE’s E-Line Busbar system is designed with a modular configuration to meet the power distribution needs of modern buildings and corporations. This system allows for easy modifications to layouts, additions of machinery, and power supply adjustments without causing disruptions to operations.
The power is distributed through isolated bars within a sheet metal or aluminum casing, and tap-off boxes are used to safely and efficiently distribute power to different points along the busbar. These tap-off boxes can be easily plugged in and out without interrupting power supply to additional equipment connected to the busbar.
The E-Line Busbars are certified internationally and can be expanded, replaced, moved, or reused as needed. Power can be easily accessed using tap-off boxes placed along the busbar route, making it a simple, cost-effective, and safe solution for power distribution.
E-Line KX Series Compact Busbar Systems enable horizontal and vertical energy distribution in Bolt-on and Plug-in configurations. They are ideal for factory and building segments without electrical outlets, designed to minimize voltage drop during operation.
E-Line CR Busbar trunking systems transfer and distribute electrical current between 630A and 6300A. They are explosion-proof, compatible with E-line KX modules, and have an IP 68 protection class. Made from “DUROCOMP,” a synthesized material of pure silicon minerals and epoxy resin, they offer high temperature and mechanical strength, safeguarding against external impacts.
The aluminum housing encases the “DUROCOMP” composite material, which is crafted from carefully chosen pure silicon minerals and epoxy resin. This composite offers exceptional thermal and mechanical performance, effectively insulating the E-Line CCR Busbar from external elements
The E-Line KO II Series “medium range busbar” systems enable efficient electricity transmission for medium-sized buildings and industrial facilities. They offer flexible horizontal and vertical setups, including metal tap-off boxes with circuit breakers and plastic boxes for low-current use, accommodating capacities from 160A to 800A for various energy distribution needs.
EAE new DATA RACK BUSBAR effectively tackles configurability issues, ensuring reliable and flexible Moves, Adds, and Changes (the routine tasks involving computer equipment) within the power infrastructures of your data center’s white space.
Our Medium Range Busbar Systems offer cost-effective electrical transmission solutions for medium-sized buildings and industrial facilities, accommodating both horizontal and vertical applications. Featuring customizable metal or plastic enclosures for MCB switches, they are ideal for lower current needs. The E-Line KL channel system efficiently handles energy distribution from 160A to 800A.
The E-Line MK series small power range Busbar Systems deliver flexible and economical solutions for electricity transmission and distribution in small businesses, workshops, and industrial settings. The MK Busbar range offers affordable options to meet various energy demands, featuring a selection of plastic tap-off boxes designed to deliver power up to 225A.
Dabline underfloor busbar systems offer a range of color options and are ideal for raised floor applications in office spaces. Their compact design allows installation in tight spaces with a floor height of up to 65mm. This solution provides a straightforward and efficient way to manage power distribution under the raised floor, minimizing risks without the need for cable trays, cabling, junction boxes, or connectors.
E-Line KAP Busbar Systems” are suitable for powering lighting and small electrical installations in commercial and industrial settings, including offices, factories, workshops, warehouses, and airports.
The E-Line DL/SL Busbar Trunking Systems are designed for 25 A and 32 A lighting circuits in single-phase or three-phase setups for commercial and industrial buildings. Tap-off plugs rated at 10 A and 16 A, with or without cartridge fuses, support these lighting circuits.
Tap-Off Boxes are designed to draw power from the Busbar Trunking, supplying the Rack Cabinets with the necessary energy while also monitoring power consumption. EAE provides an extensive selection of Tap-Off Boxes made from both sheet metal and plastic.
Provides transfer and distribution of electrical current between 950A and 5700A (Medium Voltage Busbar: Protection with metal over cast resin).
Conductors are manufactured from aluminum or electrolytic copper as per customer request.
