Under-Screed Junction Boxes:
1. – Options in special sizes and specifications in addition to the standard range and heavy service types, manufactured from galvanized sheet metal in various thicknesses.
2. – Available with galvanized sheet metal or aluminum frame options in S (sheet metal) and A (aluminum) types.
3. – Single (360×360 mm) and dual (360×720 mm) junction boxes are manufactured for stainless steel bodies.
4. – Heavy service types feature an upper steel sheet with a 4 mm thickness and are available in two sizes: 360×360 mm and 450×450 mm.
5. – Products are available with minimum screed height options of 60 mm and 70 mm.
6. – Standard type products allow 20 mm pre-screed and 15 mm post-screed height adjustments, while heavy service types allow 20 mm pre-screed and 30 mm post-screed adjustments.
Under-Screed and Raised Floor Outlet (Socket) Boxes:
1. – The cover is compatible with various floor coverings, including carpet, parquet, ceramic, and granite (marble).
2. – DK-MX: Features a plastic body and a cover structure strengthened with sheet metal. It offers a flexible structure for use under screed or on raised floors.
3. – DK-CX: Features a sheet metal body with a compact structure and stainless steel cover. It is flexible for use under screed or on raised floors.
4. – NEW GROMMET: A multi-functional structure with a plastic body, usable as a socket box (6 modules), fuse box, or cable passage box for over-floor or under-raised floors. Compatible with specially designed junction boxes for raised floors.
5. – IP66 GROMMET: Offers a flexible, watertight structure with a plastic body and stainless steel cover. It can be used under screed or on raised floors as a socket box (4 modules).
6. – Available in different socket capacity options, ranging from 4 to 24 modules.
Under-Screed Conduits:
1. – Produced from pre-galvanized sheet metal with height options of 25 mm and 35 mm, 200 mm standard length, and five width options: 120 mm, 180 mm, 215 mm, 240 mm, and 300 mm. The 120 mm option has two compartments, while others have three.
2. – Special non-welded design prevents damage to cables and maximizes space usage within the conduit.
3. – Alternative products allow cable output at 50 cm intervals, featuring 58 mm minimum screed height and 20 mm post-screed height adjustment with a special junction structure design.
4. – Numerous accessory options are available to enhance mounting and cable layout convenience.
