Product description

  1. Overview:Busbar trunking systems are sandwich systems designed for complex low-voltage energy distribution lines. These systems feature both Feeder and Plug-in types, which allow for easy attachment to each other, enhancing efficiency in industrial and commercial low-voltage distribution systems.
  2. Key Features:
    1. – Conductors: Aluminum or copper, available from 400A to 6300A.
    2. – Configuration: 3-pole or 4-pole full neutral with an operating voltage of 1000V.
    3. – Grounding: Standard 3P+N+PE, with body grounding at 50% of the phase conductor.
    4. – Casing: Aluminum.
    5. – Protection: IP 55 standard, with optional IP 65 upon request.
  3. Applications:Commonly used in areas with high current demands, such as:
    1. – Between transformers and panels.
    2. – High-service buildings.
    3. – Commercial centers.
    4. – Industrial facilities.
    5. – Military facilities.
    6. – Public buildings.
  4. Sandwich Construction:
    1. – Easy-to-assemble Feeder and Plug-in busbars with minimal voltage drop and low reactive power.
    2. – Aluminum channels for construction reduce Hysteresis currents and Eddy currents.
    3. – Allows parallelization at the end of each phase for Feeder and Plug-in lengths when multiple conductors are used.
    4. – Plug-in lengths feature windows with lids for flat mounting and tap-off exits.
  5. Full Enclosed Construction:
    1. – Fully closed duct design prevents contact with foreign materials.
    2. – Heat dissipation occurs directly through the body, which is close to the conductors.
